Long eyelashes can make eyes look bigger, fuller and more inviting, but not all of us are blessed with sky-high lashes. Thankfully, modern civilization invented false eyelashes, which come in various styles, colors, and sizes. If you learn how to put them on correctly, no one will ever guess that they're not yours.
*Trim the lashes.
*If the lash is wider than your eye, trim one side of it lash by lash.
*Optionally, trim the individual lashes to make them look more natural. They should be longer towards the outer corner of the eye, and the lash length should vary slightly.
*Squeeze eyelash glue onto the back of your hand and run the eyelash along it. Blow softly from edge to edge to make the glue a little less runny to apply your lashes.
*Pick the lashes up with tweezers and bring it as close to your natural lash line as possible.
*Press from end to end and hold until the glue dries (30 seconds to a minute, or sometimes less depending upon the adhesive). This allows the glue to set so that when you lift your fingertips from it, the lashes won't come along for the ride.
*Apply mascara while pressing your finger behind the fake lashes. This will bond the false lashes with yours.(It may be beneficial to use an eyelash curler before applying mascara)
*Fill any gaps between the false lashes and your natural lash line with eyeliner.

*Know what good posture is believed to be. Most people think that to "stand up straight" means tensing your back to heave your chest 'in and up', and pulling your head back in to your chest. This is not so. The spine has two natural curves that you need to maintain called the 'double C' or 'S' curves, these are the curves found from the base of your head to your shoulders and the curve from the upper back to the base of the spine. When standing straight up, make sure that your weight is evenly distributed on your feet. You might feel like you are leaning forward, and look stupid, but you don't.
*Using a mirror, align your ears, shoulders, and hips. Proper alignment places your ears loosely above your shoulders, above your hips. Again, these points make a straight line, but the spine itself curves in a slight 'S'. You'll find that this doesn't hurt at all. If you do experience pain, look at your side view in a mirror to see if you're forcing your back into an unnatural position. If so, stop it!
*Do exercises that strengthen the muscles across your upper back and shoulders. These do not have to be strenuous! Try the following, with or without hand weights:
-Align your ears over your shoulders. Raise both arms straight up, alongside your ears. Remember to keep your ears aligned! Bend forearms toward shoulders to touch your shoulder blades. Do 10 repetitions with both arms, then alternate 10 reps for each arm singularly.
-Align ears with shoulders. Raise both arms out to sides at shoulder length. Hold for a slow count of ten. Slowly lower arms to sides, counting ten as you lower. Slowly raise arms back to shoulder height, counting to ten as you raise arms. Do ten reps, constantly checking your alignment! If ten reps are too many to start, do as many as you can. You should at least feel a slight fatigue in the shoulder muscles.
-Be a penguin. While you wait for a web page to load, toast to pop, or the microwave to beep, place elbows at your side, and touch your shoulders with your hands. Keeping your hands on your shoulders, and your ears aligned, raise both elbows (count one, two) and lower them back to your waist (count one, two). Do as many reps as your wait allows. You'll be surprised how much exercise fits into 30 seconds.
*Do stretches. This can greatly help if you find that you have a sore back or neck after a while.
- Tilt (stretch) your head in all four directions over your shoulders (forward, back, left, right), and gently massage your neck. Avoid rolling in a circle, as it may cause further strain.
- On your hands and knees, curl your back upwards, like a cat, and then the opposite. Think about being able to place a bowl in the hollow of your back.
*Repeat the exercises a few times each day. Doing them in the morning helps your body stretch out the muscle lethargy of sleep, and periodically throughout the day helps raise your energy level without a heavy workout.
* Try taking ballet classes. Research: Wikihow
1- Drink water. It really helps in cleansing.
2- Do a pilates 10 minute work out every morning before you do other work. Pilates works on the core of your body. It will help give you a natural beauty. You just need a mat and know how to breathe well.
3-Don't touch your face too often, avoid resting your face on your hands, and try to always remember to wash your hands before touching your face.
4- If you lean your face on your hands, it stretches out our skin making it dry and giving you wrinkles earlier.
5-NO SLOUCHING! Slouching makes you look as if you haven't showered and puts your spine at an angle, affecting your posture.
6- Get your physical done! This checks your complete physical health and even lets you know if you are on schedule with your height/weight. If you have a good doctor, they will also check your spine angle and tell you if you have been slouching too much.
7- When carrying things like backpacks, use BOTH straps on your shoulders. If you don't, it can have a permanent effect on your body.
8- When conditioning and shampooing, rinse hair with cool water, not hot or warm. (Rinsing with cool doesn't damage hair like heat does and it also smoothes the outside of each hair, making it shine)
9- Shampoo twice a week and with no more than a dab of it. If done more than that it can strip you hair of essential natural oils making it thin and weak. Rinse your hair every day to keep it clean though.
10- Eat more fruits! This is a very healthy alternative to skin products for glowing skin.
11- You can use makeup but remember to keep it as little as possible.
12- If you want naturally wavy hair, just wash it and plait it overnight, in the morning you should have lovely natural waves without having to use any hair products, however the amount of wave and effect of doing plaits may vary with different types of hair.
13- Smile a lot. Happy smiling people are more attractive!
